What to expect on your first visit (Dogs and Cats)

First appointments can be stressful for you and your pet. We do everything possible for patient comfort. If your pet has had some bad experiences at a clinic. Let us know and we can help plan for it. Cats, especially, don’t like to come to the vet. We often spend time just visiting so your pet can adjust to the setting. When you arrive, there will be a bit of paper work. A form with your name, address and some information about your pet. Please bring any previous records or have them faxed to us.

Refill Your Prescriptions

When you need a refill of your pet’s medication you can

1. Call us for a refill 605-246-2854 or
2. Email us at windhorse@triotel.net or
3. Enroll in automatic refills. This way your pet never misses a dose! Lisa can help you set this up

We will get it ready for you and can mail it out or keep it for you to pick up.
